Do not order online from this location. You will regret it.Todays mishaps:- I ordered a custom box of 12 donuts, paying an extra .40 each for nine specialty donuts. I received only 5 of the 12 donuts ordered and the rest were replaced with regular priced donuts.- I redeemed rewards for glazed donut holes. They were out of those too and the employee seemed surprised that I wouldn’t just drive off without a replacement.- I paid $4.49 for a specialty latte…guess what? They didn’t have that either! The only thing they could replace that with was a just a regular, cheap, hot coffee.I only received about 1/3 of what I ordered and the rest was replaced with cheaper, subpar items.I would really like my money back. What a waste of time and money!

Went and got 2 Frozen coffees. They didn't taste like what I ordered. The flavor seemed like it was left over from another flavor. May have not washed whatever they used to mix it. It was supposed to be frozen but it had huge ice chunks so it was hard to drink. Didn't mix it well enough. Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times and twice at the window. Not good. Only recommend for their donuts.

So decided to stop by Krispy Kreme after church because I wanted something sweet. Little to my surprise I didn’t know I was going to be in for the longest wait ever. So I got into the drive thru line sat there for about 5min so then I said I’ll just go inside and to my knowledge the wait was No Better !!!! The restaurant was clean inside but the service was very very slow with no explanation to the customers as to why or how much longer the wait would be. The fast food restaurant Arby’s was serving people faster than Krispy Kreme and the had to cook their food . But never the less I wish that the quality of the service would get better with wait time other than that I would probably give them another to redeem themselves.

We had family in from out of town so after dinner, some donuts sounded like a good treat. These were the worst donuts I've ever had from a Krispy Kreme. I should have known when they barely had anything to choose from that it was a bad idea. I don't think this location makes donuts fresh daily. My donuts were definitely from the day before. I'll drive to Wake Forest before I make this mistake again.

This evening at 5:30pm (6/13/25), we brought our daughter to Krispie Kreme as a treat to get a box of donuts.Upon walking in, a woman in a mask was the one that asked what we wanted. She was extremely rude. We told her we wanted a dozen donuts. She was obviously in a rush to be somewhere because she was beyond frustrated that we had to pick out 12 donuts. It took maybe 2 minutes total. We asked if we could get a couple of the donuts that we’re getting freshly topped with the glaze and she pointed to the ones in the case and said “these are the same, we don’t make anything fresh here. Raleigh brings them to us”. Which is fine, however the ones in the case didn’t look fresh and the ones going through the conveyor looked better.She made a big ordeal about it. Then our daughter asked for the donut holes so we asked the woman if we could purchase donut holes and what quantities did they come in? She was very irritated that we wanted to order something else. I understand people have a bad day every once in a while, but she obviously did not want to be bothered with ANY customers. The woman behind us received the exact same treatment. Needless to say, she was extremely rude.The Dunkin in Knightdale has awesome employees that are always happy or smiling and seem to enjoy their job. I recommend Dunkin over this Krispie Kreme for sure. Will not be returning.
