La Exquisita bakery Introduce
In the dynamic and diverse neighborhood of Bushwick, a local bakery can quickly become a cherished part of the community's daily life. La Exquisita bakery, situated on the bustling Knickerbocker Avenue, is one such place. For many New Yorkers, this bakery is a convenient and inviting spot to satisfy their sweet cravings. Its name, which translates to "the exquisite," sets a high bar, and for many customers, the bakery delivers on this promise by offering a wide selection of pastries and other treats. It's a place that feels deeply connected to its community, providing a range of baked goods that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences.
The bakery's appeal is rooted in its variety and affordability. One customer, who was delighted by their visit, highlights the "AMAZING" dulce de leche, praising the decision to "try something new." This review goes on to mention the "Great prices" and the wide array of options available, including "all types of pastries, raspberry cookies, cheese cake, oreo cake, tres leches, strawberry shortcake and more." This extensive selection is a major draw, ensuring that every customer can find something they love. The mention of iced coffee for just $3 also points to the bakery's value-driven approach, making it an accessible and appealing choice for a quick treat or a morning pick-me-up.
However, a truly balanced view of any local business requires considering all feedback, both positive and negative. Another customer, while appreciating the visual appeal of a birthday cake, was "highly disappointed" with its quality. This customer found the cake to be "dry, tasted stale and the bottom of the cake was extremely hard," and felt that it was "not Esquisito" despite the bakery's name. This review underscores the importance of consistent quality, regardless of price or size, and highlights the potential for a less-than-perfect experience. It serves as a reminder that customer expectations are high in a city with so many options, and even a minor slip-up can leave a lasting impression.
Despite the mixed feedback, La Exquisita bakery's long-standing presence in the community suggests it has built a strong base of loyal customers. The positive reviews praise the variety, flavor, and affordability of their offerings, which are all key factors in a New York bakery's success. For a local resident, a place that offers a range of tasty treats at great prices is a valuable asset. The bakery’s ability to attract new customers, while also serving its regulars, is a testament to its role as a solid neighborhood institution.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Dulce de leche was AMAZING! I decided to try something new and I’m glad I did. Great prices, they have all types of pastries, raspberry cookies, cheese cake, oreo cake, tres leches, strawberry shortcake and more. They also have iced coffee for only $3.
July 12 · JadeThe cake was pretty however, it was not Esquisito! It was dry, tasted stale and the bottom of the cake was extremely hard. The cake had no taste I got it for my daughter and my daughter said this seems like the type of cake you give as a "here be happy I got you a cake" cake. Even though it was a $15 cake it should be edible and Exquisto like the name of the shop regardless of price or size. Not satisfied highly disappointed
