★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’d like to give a huge tribute to Sono Baking Company in Norwalk, Connecticut, for their exceptional service and delectable treats. Ordering cookies from them was a seamless experience, and their expert guidance helped us choose the perfect ones for a funeral. Their thoughtful consideration of our needs, including separating the cookies into nut-free and nut-containing containers, was truly impressive. The cookies were absolutely divine, and everyone marveled at their deliciousness. Thank you again for your outstanding service. If I could, I would give you a 10-star rating, you truly deserve it!
May 06 · Jean WadeThis place is a social experiment: How much are you willing to cough up ($) for food while tolerating poor service?I spent $25 on a medium matcha/milk, and a breakfast burrito (with no meat). When I got the matcha, it had WAY too much powder and wasn't properly mixed at all. After "interrupting" an employee conversation, I politely asked for more milk, to which the employee turned to another and said "I guess our Matcha isn't for everyone". You don't know how to make matcha. It's POWDER, you CONTROL how it tastes each time. After we waited about 20 mins (in an empty restaurant) for our breakfast "burrito" ($14.50), it came as a tiny, sad little roll. I assumed for the price and lack of meat, you'd be getting a comparable serving; This is borderline a scam.Your restaurant is an absolute joke. I will not be coming back.
March 27 · Schuyler ChubetGood food, drinks were ok(hot chocolate was too sweet) and minimal seating.More suitable for takeout or if you’re dining in party of 2. There were 2 tables for four and 5 tables for two (along a narrow walkway). So prepare to wait for seating. They do have high chair for kids.Egg in sono egg sandwich was nice and fluffy. Sausage was a tad too salty. They serve the food but not the drinks if you’re dining in. They are not a full table service cafe so if you’re dining with a kid, it might be a little troublesome. Service was mediocre.
May 01 · Melissa Wu10/10! Obsessed with their breakfast, best bacon egg and cheese on the best croissant! And their iced matcha and coffee lattes with speciality flavors are insane. Obviously the bakery is incredible too
July 12 · Lily Lyon MartinBased on my recent visit, I reduced the number of stars to 3 unfortunately. The food quality has been degraded and service was not satisfactory. Buritto sandwich has been one of my favorites until today. Something has changed in the recipe that made it a bit watery and less tasty. Same to the omlettes.Regarding the service, stuff french toast was one of the items we ordered and we received the regular one instead served by the same lady who took our order. I told her that order was incorrect and her response instead of apologizing was "no that is what you ordered and the other was is more expensive". Really? It the response you are giving to your customer? Instead of apologizing and trying to do something to fix the mistake? She eventually changed our order but it will certainly remained in our memory.
