I’m glad I gave them a second chance.Original review: The entire panini is burnt to a crisp and inedible… literally black and tastes like char. if I dined in I would have asked for a refund, but I did takeout so I couldn’t go back. 1/5Item: chicken italiano panini

Edit:What happened to the bagels? They have a new supplier now. The change is especially bad for the egg bagels. Size (smaller), color (looks artificial), and flavor (sweeter?) is now average at best. Please bring back the old bagels so I can update my review again!Original:These are my favorite bagels in NYC. I come here every weekend and bring friends here when they’re visiting from out of town!The bagels are consistently delicious. Large, fluffy, and fresh. They always get the egg sandwiches right. I order my eggs over medium here; they’re one of the few shops I can count on to cook them perfectly. I love that they have pumpernickel everything bagels, I don’t know any other shop that has them! Their egg bagels are so rich and soft. Good classic sandwiches too!The people are friendly and service is great. Sometimes you do have to remind them to make your coffee— I just wait at the counter until they have made it.They have fresh squeezed OJ — if you’re going to splurge and get it, I recommend splitting it with a friend cause they’re very large.Can’t recommend it enough!

We Bagel did an amazing job catering a corporate event I hosted.Guests raved about the quality of the bagels and freshness of the spreads.Hats off to We Bagel for a job well done!!

Toasted blueberry bagel with sausage, bacon, and egg, opted for no butter cheese or salt on eggs for dietary reasons. The bagel is definitely more in line with a crispy hand roll than a dense bagel that I'm more accustomed to but has more chewiness than a roll. Individually, the ingredients tasted fresh, bacon was crispy, and sausage was as expected with griddle cooked and low grease,I really wish I could've had some salt and butter, would've definitely tasted amazing. 4 of 5 for a decent bagel, but it doesn't have that chewy, heavy, doughy bagel feel. The bagels here do make an excellent sandwich however, since their composition is more like a crispy roll. Total came out to a 12 which is what I'd expect from a hero with the same fillings.
