I ate one every morning on a trip to Paris at different patisseries, and none of those were as good as Bakery Nouveau. Please never change your croissants and you'll always have a loyal customer.
August 16 · S ScottI visited in the afternoon, so there weren’t many bread options left. The place was packed, and it had a well-balanced selection of both savory and sweet pastries. I got an almond croissant and a berry-filled donut. The berry cream and bread had just the right level of sweetness, and the almond croissant was incredibly soft and delicious. I was a bit worried it might be too buttery, but it wasn’t overly greasy, which I really liked.It was clear why so many people visit this bakery. They had a great variety of desserts and cakes, so I’m planning to try those next time. The staff was very friendly, and they even offered samples. The shop was clean, efficient, and despite being crowded, it was well-organized. I’d definitely visit again.

August 10 · Sol ParkPRICEY!!! Rang up $30+ for three items ouch. The twice baked chocolate croissant was a lot stiffer & harder than a croissant of this style usually is. Personally thought it was lacking chocolate throughout. Also got pesto chicken pizza (not shown), it was fun to try but not worth ordering again. The brisket croissant was the star of the show. Super light and fluffy, especially compared to the twice baked. However, wouldn’t say the $15 price tag matches the portion size.The staff were incredibly friendly, possibly the most positive experience in the city.
