★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Visited Costco with my wife who has a boot on her leg after undergoing surgery. I dropped her off at the door to get an electric scooter. There were none at the entrance and she interrupted a personal and loud conversation that the person checking membership cards at the door, bald headed man named Joey, was having with another employee to ask for help. She asked if there was any more scooters and he barely answered no in the middle of his conversation. Never offered assistance or help or recommendations. Never called for another person to help. Didn't care AT ALL. All he needed to do was stick his head beyond the door and look further down the entrance to see there was one further away. She had to hobble down on her foot which she shouldn't have been putting weight on and retrieve it herself. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. It was a loud and personal conversation that no one shopping needed to listen to and he couldn't even stop for 1 minute to help someone clearly disabled.
January 19 · Bryan CoonTerrible customer service. I'm interested in becoming a member and wanted to look around to see if they even have what I like before committing to a year membership. I was told by several extremely rude women that we weren't allowed to be in the store and one of them even followed me and my gf to the door to make sure we left and said "leave through this door". I've never been treated so criminally for being curious about what a store sells. How do they expect to get customers to commit without knowing anything? Bad customer service, bad marketing, bad manners, bad business!
April 01 · ChristineEvery ordered item is always on time and perfect. The bakery items themselves are fresh and I haven't encountered any issues with stock, or a bakery staff member that wasn't willing to go the extra mile for me or the wife. Excellent!
