They’ve messed up my sandwich four times back to back. Everytime they mess up the manager does nothing and just remakes it with no empathy for me having to wait for my sandwich to be remade and be late for work. This last time I told the manager that they always mess up my food please don’t make any mistakes. She apologize and said she would give me free turkey bacon. I ordered my sandwich and I told her no cheese four times as I am severely allergic to dairy. When I opened my sandwich there was cheese and no extra turkey bacon. She apologized and said she would remake it. She doesn’t understand that if you mess up 5 times now something needs to be done. She then said well I’m not going to fire him. In such a condescending response. I never asked you to fire anyone I JUST WANG MY SANDWICH CORRECT. Don’t come here go to the other pantanos in New Hyde Park

The bagel was rock hard on the outside and the store smelled weird. They charge the dreaded extra fee for credit cards. Bacon was overly greasy and salty. Service was attentive and fast. One and done.UPDATE: The bagel was not cut in half all the way through, I had to rip apart the bottom piece with my hands. They did not serve it with a knife to cut the bagel all the way through. And, when eating it, it was not just “crispy” on the outside, it was rock hard and tasted like it was made with the wrong proportions of water and flour.
