I used to eat breakfast at Einstein Bagel shop in Euclid during my college time, but I haven’t been to any Einstein Bagels shops for a long time. My all time favorite is the toasted blueberry bagel with honey almond cream cheese. It was my first time at this location. I liked the atmosphere here. The line was so long on the weekend, so I placed my order online to pick up. My order was ready as promised time. Everything was good. I just didn’t like their drink, it was way too sweet for my liking.

LOVE their bagels. Food is always fresh and the staff is always accommodating my needs. I often pick up large orders and they always offer to help carry items to the car to make it easier for me. HUGE shout out to Shift Manager Sam, always sweet no matter how busy they may get. Nia is also the one crew member I see making bagels often, and the food is ALWAYS good. Outstanding team and this will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots. Give them a try if ever in need of a quick breakfast option, good coffee, or even stop by during lunch time! This location is handy!! Appreciate it being right off the highway with easy parking lot access. Workers were super kind and service was fast given how busy it was late morning. Only downside is they just have cold brew coffee at this location. Would love to see expansion into retailer iced lattes and macchiatos.

I ordered a toasted Nova Lox for take out. When I opened it, the bagel wasn't toasted and it taste as if an egg was removed. It even smelled like egg on the bagel and it had a small broken piece of bacon on it. A Nova Lox does not come with either egg or bacon. However, while I was at the restaurant another customer was complaining to the workers that her bagel did not have egg on it several times. There was also confusion with my order transaction. Then my name was called for my order. I do believe my bagel had an egg on it ....was taken off once the workers realized the orders were mixed up. I did not realize it until I made to my destination. I do not eat eggs and my overall experience was horrible.

I had a really frustrating experience at this location. My order took 20 minutes longer than the scheduled pickup time, and when I finally got it, the sandwich was made incorrectly. I had to go back inside to get it fixed, which added another 12 minutes to the delay.When I mentioned the mistake, the employee started remaking the sandwich using the wrong type of bagel again (a poppy seed instead of what it actually comes with). When I politely corrected him, he responded with rudeness instead of simply acknowledging the mistake.I was told the sandwich was cold because "we took so long to make it" — not exactly the kind of customer service you'd hope for. What made it worse was the attitude: no apology, no accountability, just defensiveness and a combative tone.On top of everything, I saw one of the over trays get dropped on the ground, then picked up and reused without any visible attempt to clean it.I wouldn’t be writing this review if someone had just offered a simple apology or shown a bit of empathy. But this experience made it clear that customer care is not a priority here.Based on the reviews they really don’t care.
