★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wow!!! A friend told me to come here because they have the best croissants and bread in the valley. I got a croissant to try on her recommendation even though I don't really like croissants and would never choose to eat them (case in point: I've been to Italy and turned my nose at the croissants there because I didn't want them!!). Well let me tell you I freaking demolished this cruffin and loved every second of it. Wholehearted regret is all I feel as I've now opened Pandora's box of baked goods. Very much looking forward to returning.
November 12 · Sara E.Tomato Pie was very good; loved the tanginess of tomato paste and the dough was nicely browned and had good texture.Prefer pecan pie rather than chocolate pecan pie at Thanksgiving and year round.Apple danish: was too big and dough was hard. It was okay.Peanut butter cookie: too thick and dried out. Pear almond tart was bland.
July 13 · Esin ArkanThe most amazing bakery in Bethlehem! The quality, taste and presentation is superb. It’s definitely our favorite.
June 28 · Tim MattsonI visited the flour shop And purchase some pastries while I was there a man purchased Round bread and was asked if he wanted it cut up, which as customer service was great, I visit on a Thursday I purchased around sesame bread and was never asked if I would like to have it cut, So my take on it is that they give customer service to certain people, as I walked in I was not greeted so I read that here on someone else’s review, I guess they only greet certain groups of people, they don’t seem too friendly, And for small shop I always try to give them business instead of going to Wegmans, I guess they’re not used to certain groups of people cause you can feel the sour smile and body language so sad. I guess that’s the way they outsource certain people ,very disappointed.
March 07 · Ray sanchezEdit 10/19/24 - PLEASE turn off your flashing “OPEN” sign when you are closed. I waited at the light to get in and discovered your hours were posted on the “closed” sign on the door.I get it - I sound petty. Why didn’t I just use this to check hours? I was driving. Now I’m grumpy. The recording said they were open - I called this morning at 8:00. Came last week and saw this sign. The bread is delicious. The owners could change the recording to make customers love them more and avoid fruitless energy-wasting trips. SO PLEASE CHANGE THE RECORDING! Someone here with me drove from Northampton and drove home empty handed.
