Such a gem of Japanese bakery and cafe hidden inside a Japanese hotel. Each bun in this bakery are soft and yummy. Not only they are very authentic Japanese bakery flavors, they also have very authentic Japanese drinks too, their matcha series had lots of unique flavor combination. Their bakery takeaway box also really cute. The tuna bun with LA sign very unique to international visitors. This bun also have crunchy top component. Just yummy to enjoy. Kobo Kuma is one of my favourite too, design of this bun are unique to each pieces super cute. This is a soft custard bun, very yummy. This cafe also sell hojicha, which is very hard to find in USA overall. Their speciality drinks is sweet, bit not too sweet. Love the matcha cold brew too. Will certainly come back to try taro latte, matcha rose latte, lavender latte next time. Staff are very friendly. Limited seating inside. No outdoor seating. If you love Japanese bun and drinks, strongly recommend to try this cafe, which located in the city area, little Tokyo area, easy accessible by train. - Mel K
