## Panterelli Patisserie: Bringing Authentic French Excellence to West Seattle
For Washington residents who appreciate the precision and artistry of classic European baking, Panterelli Patisserie is a must-visit culinary destination. Located in the heart of West Seattle, this specialty establishment is more than just a bakery; it is, notably, the first patisserie in the United States dedicated solely to the exquisite art of choux pastry. This singular focus, combined with the authentic expertise of Chef/Owner Jacques Nawar—who hails from Marseilles, France—is what sets Panterelli apart in the vibrant Seattle food scene.
Choux (pronounced "shoo") pastry is the delicate dough used to create light, airy, and utterly delicious treats like cream puffs (choux à la crème) and éclairs. The patisserie’s commitment is evident in the fact that every single pâte à choux and eclair is made from scratch, and baked in small batches throughout the day. This dedication ensures that customers in the Washington region are receiving the freshest, most authentic taste of France possible. The result is pure excellence, with products that are delicate, perfectly balanced, and never overly sweet, allowing the quality of the ingredients and the fruit-forward flavors to shine through.
Panterelli offers a slice of Parisian elegance right here in the Pacific Northwest, providing the perfect treat for any moment, whether it's a quick morning indulgence or an impressive dessert for a special occasion. The atmosphere is as charming and elegant as the pastries themselves, reflecting the genuine passion of its French shop owners.

September 25 · Wendy ChenPure excellence! Cream puff is delicate and the filling is not too sweet! Raspberry flavor tastes like real fruit, and I appreciate the transparent sugar glazing on chocolate with pistachios bits on the top of the cream puff. French shop owners certainly know their pastry well!

August 29 · Richa MOne of my favorite places in Seattle! The choux and espresso are to die for. The cappuccino with lavender is just divine. Also owner is so kind and welcoming. Just a very cool spot to come eat and spend an afternoon!
May 30 · Jaelyn RosserLovely little gem in West Seattle! The owners and staff were very welcoming with a wide array of pastries to choose from. The passion fruit choux was very delicious. The filling was light and fluffy and the passion fruit syrup on the top provided tang and contrast to the filling. Portion size was very generous. You can tell Panterelli puts their heart into each pastry they make!
