The customer service here is always amazing. They’re so friendly, funny, and welcoming. The staff makes silly jokes with each other which makes the place feel inviting. I’m going to make it a point that when I visit to go during the middle of the week on weds mornings because the staff is just awesome. Today was dollar dog day and I ordered for a small get together I was having with the family. The girl at the counter took my order, gave me a time frame & had my order done earlier than they said; a manager even gave me a BOGO Sunday coupon. The food is always cooked well, their orders are packed nicely, I have zero complaints.My wieners give them an A+

So im not sure if its the manager or a regular employee but this person has been insanely rude every time ive come in, really needs an attitude adjustment. I let it slide before as I understand we all have our bad days but the last thing I need is this passive aggressive attitude when I've only been polite. Just a really bad atmosphere so I guess ill just go to wawa if I want a soft pretzel from now on🤷‍♂️

I went in today for a pretzel dog, and pretzels bites, well let me tell you, the pretzel dog is horrible, it's burnt and taste like smoke. I would take it back but I don't feel like it, I'll never get another one. So disappointed in the cashier, she knows they were burnt and instead of making new ones they are surviving them. (I saw 4 burnt dogs and one that looked half decent but I got sidetracked placing the rest of my order to ask for a fresh one. The pretzels bites were fine though, I hope the owner sees this review. My first time there and probably my last.
