Rosetta Bakery Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For Florida residents seeking an authentic taste of Italy right here in South Florida, Rosetta Bakery in the bustling Brickell neighborhood of Miami stands out as an ambassador for the Italian art of baking. More than just a traditional bakery, Rosetta is a dynamic concept that serves as a Bakery, Coffee shop, Dessert shop, Pizza restaurant, and Sandwich shop all rolled into one. This unique, multi-faceted approach provides a comprehensive culinary experience for the local community, catering to breakfast cravings, quick lunches, and afternoon sweet indulgences.
The core philosophy of Rosetta Bakery is rooted in quality, tradition, and transparency. The brand is conceived as a genuine mix of history, timeless traditions, and the highest quality ingredients, many of which are exclusively imported from Italy. What makes the experience truly unique in the Miami scene is the "live menu" concept, where fresh products are constantly baked in a kitchen featuring a glass wall. This design allows customers to be "the audience of an unexpected show," offering a transparent look into the meticulous production processes. While one review noted a less-than-stellar experience with flavor and service, the overwhelming public feedback points to an incredible selection, a lively atmosphere, and a commitment to authentic Italian flavors, with visually stunning presentations. From the namesake “Rosetta” bread, traditionally used for quick, genuine lunch breaks, to a decadent slice of Chocolate Millefoglie, the bakery offers a genuine slice of Italian life right in the heart of Miami.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently visited this place and honestly, the food was just okay—nothing special, especially considering the price. For what I paid, I expected better quality and flavor. Unfortunately, the customer service also left a lot to be desired. The staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming, which really affected the overall experience. In my opinion, it just wasn’t worth it. There are definitely better options out there for the same price or less.
July 03 · Amy DominguezAfter finishing lunch, we stepped outside the restaurant and noticed a nearby bakery. We decided to check. As we walked into Rosetta Bakery, we saw people enjoying their food in a lively atmosphere. The bakery offered a wide variety of fresh options, including pasta, pizza, bread, sweet buns, and other delicious pastries.Since we were already full from lunch, we didn't try anything this time. But the selection looked incredible, and everything smelled amazing. We plan to visit Rosetta Bakery on our next trip to Miami to try some of their treats!
July 31 · nishant narulaThis looked a great place, walked past it yesterday after yesterday's breakfast. So much selection, as you can see by the video.$57 for orange juice, coffee, 2 x sandwiches, 1 x cake and 1 x egg souffle. Just seems so expensive comparing prices to the UK.
August 08 · Lee XThe place has an Italian concept, so the demand is quite high. We had to wait in line for a while to get in. It’s a self-service place. We went there for breakfast; the products looked very stylish and fancy. We tried a sun-dried tomato and spinach sandwich and a croissant. The croissant had a sugary topping, which is unusual, and honestly, I didn’t like it. I think the chocolate was Nutella, so I liked the chocolate part, but overall, the croissant didn’t meet my expectations. The sandwich was tasty but greasy, which made it feel heavy. If you plan to visit, I would say that there is a lot of variety, but the food is oily and different from the originals.
April 27 · tuğçe merve kesatRosetta Bakery in Brickell certainly impresses at first glance — the food display is stunning, and everything looks visually exceptional. The presentation creates high expectations. However, the coffee service is noticeably slow and lacks efficiency, especially during busy hours. It disrupts the overall experience when a simple coffee order takes too long to process. In addition, the prices are extraordinarily high, even by Brickell standards. While the quality is decent, the value for money is questionable.A beautiful spot with great visual appeal, but with room for improvement in both service flow and pricing
