★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I discovered a great bakery in downtown Troy, especially lively during the Farmers Market on Saturdays. They offer an excellent selection of breads, bagels, and various pastries. However, there’s no espresso or mixed coffee—just a coffee station with drip coffee served from a thermos. It’s a local favorite for picking up fresh bread, with consistent foot traffic after 10 AM. There are also a few cozy spots to sit, both inside and outside. The pre made egg could be a little thinner or cook it separate or longer so its still not cold inside while the rest is melted. 😉
July 13 · chef michaelA really cool little bakery with friendly service. Lots of breads to choose from and their egg croissant was amazing! Coffee was delicious too.
June 15 · BoogieMy favorite place to get bread, the crust and texture just can't be beat. Love to pop in and see what types of pastries they have out.
July 04 · Luxia JuleIf I would own a bakery, I would die for the baker who makes that almond croissant. It was so not so sweet and crispy; I might dream about it tonight. This place isn’t that big and I think they focus mainly on baking. I can tell they make pastry in the morning and bread later in the day. Ambiance is like a bakery factory and a decent place to sit.The biggest and probably the only thing that matters is the bakery part. We had the chocolate croissant and almond one. I might just come back to Troy for those.
February 22 · Kevin ZengBest pastries in the capital region! This place is worth going out of your way for. The Kouign-amann is not to be missed.
