★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had an awful experience at this restaurant. I was served spoiled chicken patties that smelled and tasted completely off — clearly not fresh and absolutely unsafe to eat, and considering we just had a heat wave and power was out makes me worrisome about the quality and care for the meat. I have been calling and no one is answering the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely not be returning.
June 27 · Tandra YI visited the bakery to purchase some pastries, but the cashier's behavior was unprofessional , rude and disrespectful. This experience was one of the most horrible and unpleasant I've had, and I wouldn't recommend supporting this business. It's very hard to support Haitian business because of their customer service issues.
June 06 · john leroisLove this Haitian bakery!!! A great neighborhood eatery right on the corner of Avenue M and Rockaway in Canarsie. There's no parking but on the opposite side there's a strip mall with a free parking lot which you can use if needed. My go to at this bakery is the patties!!!!! Chicken, Beef, Saltfish, Herring. Herring is my favorite - a must try. Staff is friendly and very helpful everytime I've visited. No seating but they also have fresh coffee for you coffee drinkers.
September 22 · Jason FerdiBest patties in the world, worst customer service in the world ! You can walk to Hati & back & you'll still be waiting to be served.
June 18 · JuwanThey need to make patties all day. I stopped by around 10am and they didn't have patties yet only bread. Their really can improve if they start baking the patties before the shop actually open. Most people go there for the patties. They would have more customers if they only charge this one thing.
